What I do
The main focus of my work is to give you a first legal advice on a problem you have. You can confront me with any kind of legal question/topic. Labor, public and contract law belong to my stronger topics.
An initial consultiation may lead to further, more specific contract services. Additionally, I also offer assistance in the event of death, where I take care of all administrative matters for you. The hourly wage is agreed individually.
How it works
- Select a suitable date and place on my homepage. On request I can also come close to you (Fr. 10.- drive within a radius of 10km from Effretikon).
- Bring along all documents related to your inquiry, such as contracts, letters, emails, notes and so on.
- Come by and let me advise you for Fr. 25 per quarter of an hour (max. 1 hour).
About me
My name is Andrea Kena, I was born in 1976 in Bauma ZH and grew up in the Zurich Oberland. Very early during high school I began to deal intensively with the topic of human rights. My pronounced sense of justice inevitably led me to study law. I completed my bachelor’s degree at a distance learning university, my master’s degree in public law and with a “magna cum laude” at the University of Zurich.
Professionally, I worked for many years in an IT company, then in an IT association and then for a few years in the Judicial Department of the Canton of Zurich. Since 2018 I have been working in the human resources department of a Telco company.
In the summer of 2019 I decided to become partially self-employed and founded the sole proprietorship Kena Consulting. It is my wish to be able to offer support to as many people as possible with my legal advice.
